Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in operations analysis and industrial engineering.
• Expertise in statistical analysis, process modeling, and Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive operational analysis to identify performance gaps, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and implement advanced statistical models and simulation techniques to forecast operational outcomes and test improvement strategies.
• Design and oversee the implementation of major process improvement projects, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Establish and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational performance and track progress towards strategic goals.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management, advocating for strategic operational changes.
