About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Industrial Engineering Lead to guide their operations and continuous improvement efforts in Stellenbosch . This senior role involves overseeing a team of engineers, managing significant projects, and setting the strategic direction for operational efficiency. You will leverage your deep expertise in industrial engineering principles, lean methodologies, and data analytics to drive substantial improvements in productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of industrial engineers, fostering their professional development and performance.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for process improvement, operational efficiency, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Oversee complex industrial engineering projects from conception through implementation and evaluation.
• Utilize advanced data analytics, simulation, and modeling techniques to optimize production systems and supply chains.

Requirements
