Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as Industrial Engineer in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, optimization techniques, and simulation tools.
Responsibilities
- Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Design and implement optimal layouts and workflows to maximize space and material flow.
- Conduct time and motion studies and develop SOPs to boost efficiency.
- Apply Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with production staff and management to implement changes and measure impact.
- Prepare reports, cost-benefit analyses, and presentations for proposed improvements.
