Job summary

Oxyon Human Capital Solutions is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within the industrial sector. The role focuses on generating leads, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful execution of client agreements while maintaining excellent relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in industrial sales, a Matric, valid driver’s license, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/ Matric is required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Industrial and Sales environments.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
• Proficient in English (spoken, read, and written).

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Research and identify potential clients within target markets.
• Coordinate with internal sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Monitor project teams to ensure contracts and agreements are executed as agreed.
