Oxyon People Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Germiston to drive business growth in the transport and logistics sector. You will build strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in transport sales, with consolidation experience a strong plus. You will travel locally and internationally as required, and possess a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience within the transport industry.
• Experience in transport consolidation is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business development and networking abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within transport and logistics.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
