Yellosa in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced Industrial B2B Sales Specialist to grow our client base across manufacturing, logistics and warehousing sectors. You will identify key decision-makers, conduct on-site visits and run product trials to showcase value.

With 3–10 years of B2B or industrial sales experience, you will build long-term relationships, travel across Gauteng and beyond, and relentlessly pursue new opportunities while managing the full sales cycle.

• Drive new business development across industrial, manufacturing, logistics and warehousing sectors.
• Identify and engage prospective customers and key decision-makers.
• Conduct on-site customer visits, packaging assessments and product trials.
• Demonstrate cost savings and operational benefits through a consultative sales approach.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Grow revenue within existing accounts and develop new opportunities.
• Provide customer training on effective packaging and wrapping techniques.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to successful conversion.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records on the CRM.
• Travel regularly across Gauteng and surrounding provinces, with occasional travel nationally.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Industrial B2B Sales Specialist should have:

• 3-10 years' experience in B2B, industrial, technical or solution-based sales.
• Proven track record of generating new business and opening new accounts.
• Experience selling into manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, packaging or related industrial environments.
• Strong prospecting, cold-calling and business development skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to understand and communicate cost-saving opportunities.
• Confident engaging with decision-makers and operational stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in factory, warehouse and operational environments.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Valid driver's licence.
