LexisNexis is seeking an Inbound Sales Consultant in Durban, South Africa. You will grow revenue through proactive consultative selling to existing and prospective clients, using CRM to manage pipeline and generate quotations. The role emphasizes collaboration, product knowledge and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outbound sales experience – preferably B to B.
• Be computer literate with the ability to utilize MS Office suite.
• Have a tertiary qualification or be studying towards such – preferably in the field of law.
• Be a great communicator and be able to demonstrate LN online products.
• Be target driven and motivated to exceed targets.
• Be self‑motivated and self‑disciplined.

Responsibilities

• Actively call customers to promote and sell LN products and services.
• Use CRM to record prospective sales and maintain up‑to‑date pipeline data.
• Generate quotations and send to customers.
• Follow up on quotations sent to close deals.
• Demonstrate LN product to prospective customers.
• Provide info to management re pipeline etc. as required.
• Keep abreast of LN products and services
