Qualifications

• Desirable customer-facing experience in retail/FMCG store operations.
• Desirable Grade 12 with Maths and English.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale promptly and accurately.
• Maintain accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payments, including clubcard rewards.
• Ensure safe cash handling at all times.
• Promote Clicks' clubcard and enroll new clubcard members to meet targets.
• Inform customers of promotions to boost sales and ensure they feel good and pay less.
• Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador, being visible and professional.
• Maintain merchandising and general housekeeping to store standards.
• Support Clicks Group's vision to be the customer's first choice health and beauty retailer.
• Keep updated knowledge on products, ranges, promotions and events.
