Qualifications

Desirable: customer-facing retail/FMCG experience.
Maths and English at Grade 12 level considered advantageous.
Knowledge of merchandising principles and promotions desirable.

Responsibilities

To efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.
To maintain high levels of accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payment for goods purchased, including actioning clubcard rewards.
To promote promotions and enroll new clubcard members to reach participation targets.
To deliver superior customer service by acting as a brand ambassador and providing friendly, professional service.
To maintain merchandising and general housekeeping in line with store standards.
