Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking a customer-service oriented individual to efficiently handle POS operations at the store in Boksburg. You will scan merchandise, process payments, enroll clubcard members, and promote promotions while delivering a friendly, professional in-store experience.

Knowledge of basic maths, and Maths/English at Grade 12 level are desirable. The role requires a retail/FMCG background and the ability to maintain store standards and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Desirable: customer-facing role in a retail/FMCG store operations environment.
• Maths and English at Grade 12 level (50% minimum).
• Basic maths calculations.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely manner.
• Maintain high accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payment, including clubcard rewards.
• Ensure safe handling of cash at all times.
• Promote Clicks' clubcard and enroll new members to reach targets.
• Deliver superior customer service and act as brand ambassador.
• Maintain merchandising and housekeeping to store standards.
• Support the group's vision of being the customer's first choice health and beauty retailer.
