Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely manner.
• Maintain high accuracy when scanning merchandise and processing payments, including clubcard rewards.
• Ensure safe cash handling at all times.
• Promote Clicks' clubcard and enroll new members to hit targets.
• Make customers aware of promotions to drive sales and promote positive experiences.
• Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador with a friendly, professional approach.
• Maintain merchandising standards and general housekeeping in line with store guidelines.
• Support the Group’s vision to be customers' first choice in health and beauty by living company values.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products, ranges, promotions and events to inform customers.
