Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; IT/Telecom diploma is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of telecom concepts, internet connectivity and telephony.
- Familiarity with computer hardware, software and operating systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email or chat.
- Assist users with troubleshooting connectivity and service issues.
- Guide customers through account management and billing inquiries.
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff or other departments.
- Document interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Contribute to knowledge base with solutions and steps.
