Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or customer service in telecoms.
- Strong knowledge of IP networking, VoIP, and broadband technologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for voice, data, and internet services.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose network and equipment problems; use diagnostic tools and knowledge bases.
- Escalate unresolved issues with detailed problem descriptions to senior engineers.
