Placements24 is seeking a Telecommunications Sales Executive for Randburg, Gauteng, ZA. This hybrid role combines on-site client engagement with remote work flexibility to drive revenue by selling telecom solutions.

You will identify opportunities, develop relationships with key decision-makers, deliver tailored proposals, and close deals while collaborating with pre-sales and technical teams. Travel within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in telecom/tech.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within Randburg region and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within target markets and customer segments.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
• Understand client needs and challenges, and propose customized telecommunications solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and technical teams to ensure effective solution design and delivery.
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools, providing accurate sales forecasts.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Provide post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows as required.
