Placements24 is seeking a Client Support Specialist in Polokwane, Limpopo, to provide comprehensive technical support and ensure client satisfaction with the company’s product suite. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and support portal.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware-related problems.
Provide clear, concise information on technical solutions.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers as needed.
Assist with onboarding and training of new clients.
