Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical support role with hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and common business applications.
• Familiarity with basic network concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi) and troubleshooting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to explain technical information clearly.
• Ability to manage tasks effectively in remote and on-site hybrid work settings.

Responsibilities
