Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Create and update knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
