Job summary

Octoco is seeking a Talent Coordinator to support the Head of Talent Management in recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and HR operations. The role offers exposure to the full talent lifecycle in a fast-moving tech consultancy.

You will start by assisting across recruitment and onboarding activities, then gradually take more ownership as you prove your capabilities. A people-focused mindset and interest in tech are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Experience in HR, talent, or people operations is a plus; recent graduates considered.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort communicating with staff from new hires to leadership.
• Willingness to learn HR tools and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities and schedule interviews.
• Manage onboarding: start dates, contracts, documentation, and meetings.
• Maintain recruitment and onboarding records.
• Prepare for performance review cycles with management feedback.
• Assist remuneration review prep and payroll communications.
• Support day-to-day HR admin, leave tracking, and time logging checks.
• Organise internal HR events and keep the event calendar up to date.
• Suggest improvements to HR and talent processes.
