Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our client in Stellenbosch, Western Cape, to oversee strategic initiatives across operations. You will develop and manage complex project plans, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations, guiding cross-functional teams through delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in project management, focused on strategic or complex initiatives.
• Proficient with MS Project, Asana, Jira.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with scope, goals, and timelines.
• Manage budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor project teams to foster a high-performance culture.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and dependencies for smooth execution.
• Monitor progress, track KPIs, and provide status reports to senior management.
• Facilitate communication among internal teams, partners, and clients.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM processes and methodologies.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with strategic vision.
