Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in engineering projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and closing of engineering projects, aligning with technical and business requirements.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets and resources; mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with engineering, R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure progress.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, quality and safety.
• Facilitate clear communication among project team members and stakeholders.
• Conduct post-mortems to capture lessons learned and drive improvements.
