Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with a focus on strategic or complex initiatives. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding environment. Strong understanding of project management frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira). Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in the agricultural technology or related industry is a significant plus. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
