Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of operational projects from concept to completion and post-implementation review.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, budget, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Coordinate with viticulture, winemaking, operations, and sales teams, plus external contractors.
• Identify and manage project risks with proactive mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements and sustainability goals.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
