Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, IT, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (Asana, Trello, Jira) is a plus.
• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular Stellenbosch office attendance.
• Genuine interest in technology and project management.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior project managers in developing plans, timelines, and resources.
• Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate meetings, document minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation and ensure accessibility.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Assist in budget tracking and expense management.
• Onboard new project team members and stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PM methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
