Job summary

Placements24 in Stellenbosch is seeking a strategic Senior Project Manager to drive business transformation initiatives across the organization. You will define roadmaps, manage resources, and ensure adoption of new systems and methodologies.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Business Administration or related field, PMP certification, and at least eight years of project management experience delivering complex changes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, with a focus on transformation or change programs.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects with significant organizational impact.
• Strong leadership, change management understanding, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and successful delivery of business transformation projects.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, success criteria, and project plans.
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risks for efficient delivery.
• Develop and implement change management strategies for stakeholder buy-in.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among leadership and partners.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
