You will drive technical innovation and operational excellence, collaborating with internal departments and external partners to meet strategic engineering goals, with a hybrid work model offering flexible office and remote options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience in engineering.
• Experience leading large-scale technical projects and teams.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of complex engineering projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Manage engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
