Fidelity Services Group seeks a Hybrid Sales Consultant to source and close armed monitoring and response agreements, upgrades, and CCTV systems for new customers. Base in Struisbaai with a focus on securing hardware sales and building long-term relationships with estate agents, builders, and architects.

The role requires hunter sales skills, self-motivation, and strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a drive to meet monthly targets and manage admin tasks efficiently.

Formación

• Sales experience with a proven track record in selling security solutions or capital equipment.
• PSIRA Grade C and a valid driver’s license are mandatory.
• Matric or equivalent is required and own reliable transport is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and close self-sourced deals.
• Follow up on all internal leads.
• Sell security solutions to new and existing clients.
• Develop solid relationships with estate agents, builders and architects.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain all sales administration tasks.
