Placements24 is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our growing technology solutions team in Benoni, Gauteng. You will engage prospects via calls, emails, and social media, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the Sales team in a hybrid office/remote setting.

The ideal candidate is driven, with strong communication and a tech interest, able to work independently and as part of a team, and comfortable using CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Meet or exceed targets in a sales or customer service role.
• Clear, confident verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and in a fast-paced team.
• Enthusiasm for technology and learning new solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) is a plus.
• Hybrid work model; some days in Benoni office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect identification and qualification of target accounts.
• High-volume outreach via calls, emails, and social media to generate interest.
• Articulate value proposition of technology solutions to prospects.
• Schedule introductory meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain CRM records of all interactions and activity.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to refine lead strategies.
• Aim to meet monthly quotas for qualified leads and appointments.
• Keep up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing sales culture.
