Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role or a strong desire to start a career in sales.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to research and understand target companies and their needs.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Based in or able to commute to Stellenbosch for hybrid working requirements.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers through various outbound methods, including cold calls, emails, and social media.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs and qualify them as potential leads.
• Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives and Senior Sales Representatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies and messaging.
• Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and scheduled meetings.
