Placements24 is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our Cape Town team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, generating qualified leads and setting the stage for the sales team’s success.

You’ll engage prospects across phone, email and social channels, articulate our solutions, schedule meetings for Account Executives, and maintain accurate CRM records. This role offers a solid training path and a hybrid work model in Cape Town.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to identify prospects in Cape Town.
• Communicate value proposition to generate interest and qualify leads.
• Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach and improve conversions.
