About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hybrid Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at their popular dining establishment in Vereeniging . This role requires a leader who can effectively manage both on-site front-of-house and back-of-house operations, as well as contribute to strategic planning and business development remotely. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership qualities, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and the ability to adapt to a hybrid work model, balancing immediate operational needs with strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining impeccable standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, retention, and overall dining experience.
• Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships to optimize profitability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
