Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role in the food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu costing, inventory management, and quality control.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
