Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Renewable Energy Project Manager based in George, Western Cape. The role blends on-site supervision with remote coordination to drive solar and wind projects from feasibility through handover.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage EPC interfaces, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance in South Africa while delivering on schedule and within budget. A PMP/Agile background is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale renewable energy projects (solar, wind).
• Knowledge of PMP or Agile methodologies.
• Experience with permitting processes and environmental regulations in South Africa.
• Ability to balance remote work with on-site oversight.

• Manage the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
