Placements24 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee renewable energy infrastructure initiatives, including solar and wind projects. The role combines remote flexibility with essential on-site collaboration in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal, ZA, driving feasibility, permitting, construction, and commissioning.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in project management for large-scale infrastructure, with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineering or Construction Management.
• Master's degree or PMP certification is a strong asset.
• 7+ years in project management, infrastructure development, preferably renewable energy.
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects with complex budgets and timelines.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all project phases from feasibility to commissioning.
• Develop detailed plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, regulators, and investors.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Present status reports to senior management and committees.
• Lead risk management and mitigation.
