Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably within real estate or construction.
• Familiarity with the real estate development lifecycle and terminology.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring real estate development projects.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, permits, and correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
• Support the procurement process, including obtaining quotes, managing vendor information, and processing invoices.
• Maintain project schedules and track progress against milestones.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Assist with site visits, inspections, and progress reports.
• Maintain project filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
• Support with budget tracking and financial reporting for assigned projects.
• Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
