Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role in property development or construction.
• A qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Real Estate or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist development managers with day-to-day tasks and administration.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for stakeholders.
• Organize contracts, plans, permits and other project documents.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities as required.
• Monitor progress, timelines, and flag delays or issues early.
• Support procurement processes and vendor management; handle project communications.
• Assist with project financial administration including invoice processing.
• Conduct basic zoning and regulatory research pertinent to projects.
• Keep all project information up-to-date and accessible.
