Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring real estate development projects.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, permits, and correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
• Support procurement: obtain quotes, manage vendor info, process invoices.
• Maintain project schedules and track progress against milestones.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Assist with site visits, inspections, and progress reports.
• Maintain project filing systems (digital and physical).
• Support budget tracking and financial reporting for assigned projects.
• Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
