This senior role calls for a strategic thinker with end-to-end experience in the development lifecycle, including acquisition, feasibility, design, construction, marketing, and sales.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network in construction and finance and a proven track record of delivering profitable real estate ventures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Property Development, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in real estate development, with a proven portfolio of completed projects.
• Strong understanding of financing, zoning, design, and construction.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, project management, and financial acumen.
• Proficiency in project management software and financial modeling tools.
• In-depth knowledge of the Vereeniging, Gauteng property market and development landscape.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate land acquisition opportunities for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments in and around Vereeniging.
