Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment, or development.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing real estate deals.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential real estate acquisition opportunities through market research, networking, and broker relationships.
• Analyze deals with financial modeling, market analysis, and due diligence processes.
• Evaluate property condition, zoning, and potential for value enhancement.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and transaction-related documents.
• Build relationships with property owners, brokers, attorneys, and other real estate professionals.
• Prepare investment committee presentations and reports detailing proposed acquisitions.
• Conduct site visits and property inspections to assess investment suitability.
• Manage the closing process for acquired properties, ensuring legal and financial requirements are met.
