Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field.
- Master's or CFA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years in real estate financial analysis or similar.
- Strong modeling, DCF and valuation techniques.
- Deep understanding of the Gauteng real estate market.
- Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/Word; databases/analytics tools welcome.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to present clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in Gauteng real estate.
- Develop and maintain financial models for valuation and feasibility studies.
- Prepare reports and investment memorandums for senior leadership.
- Monitor economic/demographic data to forecast market performance.
- Collaborate with acquisitions, development and asset management teams.
- Perform due diligence on acquisitions/disposals including site visits.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and best practices in real estate.
- Assist in negotiation and structuring of transactions.
