Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist for a leading national investment firm in South Africa. The role centers on identifying, analyzing, and closing off-market opportunities across markets, using market research, financial analysis, and negotiation to build a strong deal pipeline.

You will present investment proposals to the acquisitions committee, coordinate closings with legal teams, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth

Qualificações

• Proven experience in real estate acquisitions or deal sourcing.
• Strong understanding of real estate valuation, financial modeling, and investment analysis principles.
• Demonstrated ability to source and negotiate off-market deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to work remotely.
• Self-motivated, highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, especially Excel, and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively sourcing off-market investment opportunities through various channels.
• Conducting initial financial analysis and due diligence on potential acquisitions.
• Building and maintaining relationships with property owners, brokers, and deal sources.
• Developing detailed investment proposals and presenting them to the acquisitions committee.
