Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Vereeniging, Gauteng. You will identify, evaluate, and secure investment properties across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, conducting market research, due diligence, and negotiations to move deals from contact to closing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate acquisitions or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; knowledge of valuation software is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel within Gauteng region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source investment properties through multiple channels in Gauteng.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence including financial analysis and inspections.
• Prepare detailed financial models and investment reports for acquisitions.
• Negotiate purchase prices, terms, and conditions with sellers or brokers.
• Manage acquisition process from initial contact to closing.
• Build relationships with brokers, property owners, attorneys, and professionals.
• Stay informed on market trends, conditions, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to facilitate transactions.
