You will identify, evaluate, and execute profitable acquisition opportunities across property types, conduct pro forma modeling, and lead due diligence efforts.

The role requires robust financial analysis, excellent negotiation, and the ability to travel within the Gauteng region for site visits and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years in real estate acquisitions or related finance.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience with due diligence and real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate acquisition targets and run financial analyses.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and coordinate due diligence.
• Prepare investment memos for investment committee.
• Visit properties for assessments as needed.
