Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 1–3 years of project coordination or administrative support experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with PM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in developing project plans, scopes, and schedules.
• Coordinate project activities among project teams, contractors, and consultants.
• Maintain and organize contracts, permits, drawings, and reports.
• Track progress, identify delays, and escalate issues to the PM.
• Facilitate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Support procurement, tender prep, and supplier management.
• Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing.
