Placements24 is seeking motivated Graduate Project Coordinators to join our construction team in Vereeniging, Gauteng. The role offers hybrid work, combining on-site project engagement with remote administrative tasks.

You will support project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring construction projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while gaining practical experience in project management. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree or ND in construction-related fields, are eager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or ND in construction-related field.
• Basic understanding of construction project management principles.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and managing project schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate project activities and communicate among team, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Track progress, identify risks, and report status.
• Help manage project documentation (drawings, permits, reports).
• Support in resource allocation and procurement processes.
• Ensure safety regulations and quality standards on site.
• Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring expenditures.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem solving.
