Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in production/manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with CAD and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current production processes to identify bottlenecks and waste.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase throughput and reduce cycle times.
• Design and optimize plant layouts and material flow for efficiency.
• Conduct time studies, work sampling, and capacity planning.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with production, quality and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Evaluate new equipment or process modifications and monitor performance.
