Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years hands-on Process Engineer experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools and Six Sigma concepts.
• Experience with statistical analysis software and process simulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Design and develop new or modified processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop process simulation models to evaluate changes and optimize performance.
• Oversee integration of new equipment and technologies on production lines.
• Conduct capability studies and SPC to maintain process stability.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and operations to translate designs into processes.
• Develop SOPs and work instructions for new and improved processes.
• Train production personnel on new processes, equipment, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
