Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Engineering Process Analyst for its Benoni operations. This hybrid role combines on-site process review with remote strategic development, focusing on removing bottlenecks, reducing waste, and improving reliability.

You will map processes, develop data models, apply Lean and Six Sigma, and collaborate with operations teams to implement practical improvements. A relevant degree and 2–4 years' experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in industrial engineering or process analysis.
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and basic Six Sigma concepts.
• Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, and statistical software.
• Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities for effective teamwork.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently in a hybrid work setting.
• Familiarity with the industrial landscape in Benoni is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
