Placements24 is seeking a Senior Organizational Design Consultant to assist clients in Soweto and surrounding Gauteng areas. You will diagnose issues, design optimal structures, and lead change initiatives working with senior leaders to improve performance and employee engagement.

The role requires strong theory, change management, and HR competencies, with proven analytical and communication skills. On-site collaboration with clients is expected for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in organizational design or related field.
• Strong diagnostic and design experience for organizational structures.
• Solid grounding in organizational theory, change management, and HR.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with HR analytics and org charting tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, HR, or Psychology; Master's preferred.
• Willing to work on-site in Soweto, Gauteng and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Assess current structures, workflows, and role designs.
• Design optimal structures to support goals and efficiency.
• Plan implementation including communication, training, and change management.
• Advise on job design, competency frameworks, and performance systems.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to build consensus.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders to align design with talent strategy.
• Support implementation and monitor effectiveness.
