• Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations, including admin, facility management, and IT support.
• Develop, implement, and refine operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Manage the organization's budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and optimal resource allocation.
• Supervise and lead administrative staff, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service.
