Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Non-profit Management, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
• Demonstrated financial management, budgeting, and reporting experience.
• Strong HR principles and practices.
• Excellent knowledge of non-profit regulations and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; stakeholder management in Nelspruit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative, financial, and operational activities of the organization.
• Develop and implement efficient operational policies and procedures.
• Manage the organization's budget, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
